The center of this reminds me of an atom ^^ And I really like how bright and blue, white and pink it is too.
The texture of the background coming into it is very neat as well, it almost appears rough, like sandpaper while at the same time slightly grainy too. It also really makes me think of arrows, but feathered in an extreme kind of way xD
There's also a great balance of dark and light, which is always good to have =]
Nice job!
Now, the only question is: Is it the background shooting into it or is the center shooting out into the background? xD
